1. Contractors
Your contractor is the Zentai Experience, Herrfurthstr. 31, 12049 Berlin/Germany (hereinafter "Zentai Experience"). We accept contracts with end customers and dealers.
2. Contract and contractual documentation
You receive your order with the bill about 4 weeks after you transferred the money on the bank or paypal account of Zentai Experience. The specific contract requirements relating to your order will be stored in the archives of the website and can be retrieved after completion of the order process. You can edit your data under « My account » in www.zentaiexperience.com.
3. Payment Terms
Zentai Experience sends you by Email a confirmation of order after receiving your bank transfer on the account.
Zentai Experience reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery, without giving reasons.
In case of transfer from an abroad bank account, it is importnat to check if the transferred amount covers all the bank commissions as well as if the En cas de virement à partir d’un compte étranger, il faut veiller à ce que le montant viré couvre toutes les commissions bancaires et que le montant de la facture soit crédité dans sa totalité sur le compte de Zentai Experience.
4. Shipping and Delivery
The production time is 4 weeks after receipt of payment Shipping delays depends on destination country. Parcels are shipped with the Deutsche Post for Germany and DHL for the rest of Europe. In-stock items are available immediately after payment. For further information concerning the delivery, please have a look in the rubric “Delivery” under www.zentaiexperience.com.
5. Withdrawal right
The customer is entitled to withdrawal his declaration of the conclusion of a contract within 2 weeks after receipt of the goods by returning the goods to Zentai Experience or by a written notice by mail or Email. The time allowed for revocation shall begin earliest with receipt of this declaration in textform and not before the goods were delivered to the customer. The goods or notice has to be dispatched in time to comply with this term it. In case of withdraw the goods shall be sent to:

In this case both parties shall refund the benefits they received including any associated advantages. In the case of a considerable deterioration in the quality of the goods or in the case of loss, the customer shall make good the corresponding reduction in value or loss to Zentai Experience if he withdraws his order. If the reduction in value is exlclusively dependent on an cautious examination of the goods, this right of withdrawal shall be barred. The duty for compensation will be avoided by returning unused goods. Goods shall be returned by mail. If the goods were delivered according to the ordered items the charges for the return of the goods of up to EUR 40,- shall be the responsibility of the customer. If the customer has already paid the purchase price, Zentai Experience shall be entitled to deduct the reduction in value from the amount repayable. It is the customers duty to comply with the compensation within 30 days after the notice of withdrawal. The customers right of withdrawal will be barred earlier, if within this period Zentai Experience has on the customers demand delivered a service, or the customer has used the service already (e.g. by download). The right of withdrawal shall also be barred, if goods were manufactured according to the customers specification or are explicitly cut for the personal use by the customer, if they are not suitable for returns because of the condition of the goods, if they are perishable or if the expiry date is exceeded. The same applies to contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the customer.
6. Warranty Policy
Please reclaim manufacturing, material defects and shipping damage immediately. For all during the statutory warranty period (one month) occurring defects of the goods which are legal claims for remedy to remedy the defect / new delivery, and - if the legal prerequisites - the broader claims for reduction or withdrawal.
The warranty requires that the delivered goods have been properly stored and handled. For care instructions of material types, refer to the item description or the FAQ of the website (www.zentaiexperience.com). Elastic garments should not be overstretched. Burst seams due to chosen small sizes are not a guarantee of ordered reason. Also please announce Zentai Experience in case of warranty returns. Color variations in traffic-frame, such as typographical conditioned, have no shortage.
7. Retention of title
Goods supplied by Zentai Experience remain its property, as long as they have not been paid by the buyer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Claims for damages due to impossibility of performance, positive breach of obligation, culpa in contract or tort claim against Zentai Experience are only for gross negligence or intentional act. In particular, claims against Zentai Experience are excluded unless the buyer or third party damages are caused as the vendor’s products have been used for purposes other than purely decorative, or clothing.
9. Privacy
All personal data are treated confidentially. In connection with the business, the buyer's personal data will be electronically processed by the seller in accordance with the statutory provisions. Should it be necessary for the transaction, data will be passed on to affiliated companies.
10. Juridiction and applicable law
Are you, as an end consumer, not domiciled within the European Union, Berlin, head office of Zentai Experience, is the place for jurisdiction.
When dealing with end users within the European Union, the law can be applicable in the place of the end user, as it deals with mandatory consumer rights. If there are no mandatory rules, then the applicable law for the contract with you is the German law.
11. Final provisions
Should any of the foregoing provisions - be - or become invalid for whatever legal reason, this will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
